Sorry Microwave, You’re Cooked

As a perpetual student and lover of knowledge, I considered on multiple occasions going back to get my PhD. In the 90’s I learned about the damage microwave radiation incurs to our food and then gave mine up. I considered studying for a deeper understanding the detriments of using a microwave and then writing my thesis on the subject.

People are becoming aware of the potential damage to the brain caused by microwave radiation of cell phones. There is almost no conversation about what happens to food consumed after it’s been microwaved. Fortunately the sale of convection ovens are on the rise and in competition with the standard microwave-rival, the toaster oven. Here is the bad news about microwaves for cooking.
