Rebounding For Health

Jumping on a mini-trampoline is referred to as rebounding. It’s something I’ve been doing for at least 15 years and absolutely love for many reasons.

Each time you hit the trampoline every muscle in the body flexes which firms and tones the whole system. In addition, it moves lymph better than almost any other exercise. Lymph is something that cleans the blood but only gets cleaned itself with certain exercises or massage. Rebounding also stimulates metabolism, digestion, elimination, improves sleep, balance, detoxification, immune function and cognitive processes. Also, to reap the benefits from rebounding you only need to jump for 10 minutes each day. So for those who don’t have a lot of time or have joint issues, put on some music and enjoy 10-minutes of this potent, low-impact and fun exercise.
