Beneficial Uses For Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is a simple remedy that provides antibacterial, antiviral and anti-fungal benefits.  It also increases oxygen in the body and reacts with toxins in and around us.  Last week I described how hydrogen peroxide works.  Click on this link to read it.

Peroxide is great as a mouthwash and for brushing teeth to keep the mouth free of cavities and because of the bleaching effect, for whitening the teeth.  It is a good option to control mold by washing walls with it or to use as a spray.  When I worked in medical clinics in the 80’s and 90’s we applied a few drops in the ear to soften ear wax prior to wax removal.  It can be used in swimming pools instead of chlorine.  I used a specific dilution of hydrogen peroxide in water when I had asthma in 1986.  This resolved the asthma and I have never had asthma again.

Hydrogen peroxide is easily absorbed through the skin and my favorite use is in the bath.  Putting a 12-16 ounce bottle in a hot bath can increase energy.   Adding 2 cups of Epsom salts and soaking daily for 20-minutes can relieve pain, colds, flu and other infections.  Epsom salt is magnesium and sulfate.  The magnesium relaxes muscles and the sulfate releases toxins.  The mixture of hydrogen peroxide and Epsom salts before bed, is not only great for releasing pain in muscles and joints, but also helps one have a great night’s sleep.
